Thank you for viewing my profile. I started in the industry with Countrywide Home Loans in 2002 and its been a wild ride! I have helped 124 first time homebuyers capture the american dream. Unfortunely there's a bit of tarnish on the dream now and as professionals we have a responsiblity to help the public get out of bad loans, close their short sales, and move on with their lives. This is why I have moved to ZipRealty. The market has changed; some would say "the cheese has moved" and we have to be willing to change with the times.

Real Estate value erosion has created a real need for professional real estate agents skilled in managing the short sale process. This same erosion has also created an opportunity for home buyers who were previously priced out of the market to obtain financing, find a home they love, and start the process of closing a home purchase transaction. Yes, buyers can still close in this time of severe government regulation and intense competition for limited inventory.
