About Us:

Billie has excelled at numerous sales businesses and jobs. Even during high school Billie, with future husband Steve, developed Billie 'n Steve's Produce Market that also distributed seasonal flowers and Christmas trees. She was a sales coordinator for ICI Plastics Division and a manufacturer's representative for numerous wholesale nurseries including the Conard-Pyle Co. known for their prestigious Star Roses.

Billie began her successful real estate career in 1989 and joined RE/MAX in 1995. Billie graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and went on to graduate in business administration at the University of Delaware. She is the top 1/2 percent of all real estate agents in the country and has received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award.

She enjoys spending time with her family and two Labrador Retrievers, gardening, sewing and swimming. She is actively involved in the American Heart Association, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, The Tatnall School and is the founder of the Steven H. Chubb Memorial Foundation, which provides scholarships to students for higher education.

Over the past 20 years Billie has continued to grow her business and expand her services. One of the most recent divisions to the Chubb Realty Group is the "Chubb REO Servicing" division that provides banks with Broker Price Opinions, Asset Management and the Marketing of Foreclosed homes.

While Billie is always looking to grow her business, she has never lost touch with what has made her become the successful business person that she is today. She started the business specializing with first time home buyers and as these clients' homes grew, so did she.
