About Me:
I've been in and around the real estate industyr for my entire life. My father is a broker/owner/partner of several franchises in the area, and real estate was often the topic of conversation at the dinner table. I've taken that shared knowledge and experience and applied it to my business as a RE/MAX agent and applied it to today's market.
My buyers all sit down with me and a loan officer and explain what their goals/needs are at my office before we ever even get in the car to look at a house. I make sure to align their expectations with the realities of their budget, timing and current market conditions. Home buying, especially first-time homebuying, can be a daunting process, but only if you don't have a qualified professional to guide you. When working with me, I make sure to address and alleviate as many of those concerns up front as possible, so when we actully begin working on a purchase, it's a much more comfortable process.
When working with sellers, I think the consumer would be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive marketing plan available in this market. Are there other agents that have poven successes in this market? Of course. But I know my scope of marketing services definitely rivals any of those currently in use. Being a GenXer, I'm not intimidated to learn and implement the newest technological tools to supplement other more traditional sources of marketing. I do this by using some of the most cutting-edge Web 2.0 resources, sophisticated back-end systems to capture and stay in touch with potential buyers, and taking full advantage of the RE/MAX brand. With the average days on market continuing to climb in many areas, my clients need to know that their home is being exposed to as many potential purchasers as possible.
Areas of Expertise
Lately, I've found a bit of a niche in the pre-foreclosure/short-sale market. I understand what the process of getting an offer accepted by the bank entails. I know the right questions to ask, the correct order of submitting required paperwork, who to ask for, and have even been lucky enough to make some bank contacts that have shared with me their exact criteria for accepting a short-sale vs. letting the property go to the REO dept.
