I work with a lot of first-time homebuyers as well buyers who haven't bought a house in several years and aren't familiar with the changes in the market. My focus is on the North Shore and Eastern Long Island. More specifically, Mt. Sinai, Miller Place, Port Jefferson, Port Jefferson Station, Rocky Point and Sound Beach. In addition to these areas, I've listed and sold homes in Lake Ronkonkoma, Ridge, Patchogue, Selden and Medford. Whether it's a rental, condo or single-family home, I can help!

Cindy in Our Life

My husband and I went to my bosses retirement party. Toward the end of the party everyone was mingling and having a great time. My husband, Skeet, overheard Cindy say to someone that she was in the real estate business, this caught his attention for we were trying to sell our house without any success whatsoever. He introduced himself and informed Cindy that we were trying to sell our house, well he then had her one hundred percent attention. Skeet called me over and told me who she was, but I already knew about Cindy from my boss telling me stories about her daughter growing up, just never met Cindy.

The young lady in front of me was a pint size explosion of energy, very eager and interested in helping us. What a difference from the sales rep we had and were not the least bit happy with either. Our contract did not have far to go and we agreed to call Cindy when the contract ran out, and we did.

The little bundle of energy named Cindy never slowed down. She made suggestions, worked on the best selling price, had many Open Houses at different times, different days to catch a verity of people. Best of all, she kept in touch. Sometimes by phone, sometimes by email, but we always knew what was going on, not like before when we were always in the dark. She checked the house when their was a heavy rain, checked the fuel when it was cold and checked the fish. It made selling our house from North Carolina a whole lot easier.

Cindy made a decision to have an Open House on Memorial Day weekend and that turned out to be a winner. In walked our future buyers, not just people looking for a house, but they fell in love with it, want to keep the fish pond, want to keep the garden going, want to raise a family, have get together family parties, all the things we did in our home will continue. That is such a great feeling.

Would I recommend Cindy for the future sale of your home? You bet, 110 %. We are a very happy retired people in North Carolina and Cindy still keeps in touch. What more can you ask for?
