About Me:

Hello.  My name is Cindy Eanes. I am a full time Realtor in the tri-city area of Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Ft. Lee and Chester, Virginia.  

Shopping for a new home is an exciting and scary time for people.  Buying a home is probably one of the biggest financial decisions one will make.  I want to be a part of helping with all the steps involved in making this quest of home ownership a reality. 

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and Southside Virginia Association of Realtors.

Focusing on helping the first time Buyer with any questions or concerns they may have is my first interest.  Buying a home is probably one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes in his or her life.  A Buyer needs someone to help guide them along this exciting time.  I will be available from the start to assist the Buyer in finding suitable financing, locating homes to view that fit their personal criteria, writing and negotiating the contract, being available for home inspections, and following through to a completed closing.  Along the way keeping in touch with the Buyer on a regular basis so we are on the same page and know where the process stands at a given time. 

Having experience with interior decorating and staging, I can assist a Seller with ideas to make their home more appealing to a general audience.  After establishing a marketing plan designed especially for the Seller and their home, together we can focus on featuring a presentable home ready for the Buyer's market.
