Hello.  My name is Cindy Eanes. I am a full time Realtor with the firm of Harris & Associates, Inc. in Chester, Virginia. This company has been in the real estate business for over thirty years and their reputation preceeds them.  I am fortunate to be associated with a company offering a great deal of knowledge of the local community and surroundings. 

Having worked in diverse fields of financing, land development and interior decorating, I wanted to take a step in a slightly different direction.  I felt the real estate world would be a great place for me to use my previous experiences and gain new knowledge within the real estate field to meet lots of nice people, work hard and be proud of the accomplishments I will make towards helping individuals with their real estate needs.  Shopping for a new home is an exciting and scary time for people.  I want to be a part of helping with all the steps involved in making their dreams come true.

Focusing on helping the first time Buyer with any questions or concerns they may have is my first interest.  Buying a home is probably one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes in his or her life.  A Buyer needs someone to help guide them along this exciting time.  I will be available from the start to assist the Buyer in finding suitable financing, locating homes to view that fit their personal criteria, writing and negotiating the contract, being available for home inspections, and following through to a completed closing.  Along the way keeping in touch with the Buyer on a regular basis so we are on the same page and know where the process stands at a given time. 

Having experience with interior decorating and staging, I can assist a Seller with ideas to make their home more appealing to a general audience.  After establishing a marketing plan designed especially for the Seller and their home, together we can focus on featuring a presentable home ready for the Buyer's market.
