My husband and I recently sold our home through a short-sale process using Cindy Greenya and Danielle Dojcak of Exit Realty.  I met Cindy while "snooping" at an open house she was hosting several weeks prior to calling her for a consultation. When I first met her, I could tell she was genuinely passionate about not only her profession, but also her clients. It was that intuition alone which determined my calling her for a meeting to discuss listing our home for a short sale. I had another agent scheduled to meet with me later that week as well, but after meeting with Cindy, I cancelled the appointment with the other agent and requested Cindy's services.

Cindy and Danielle proved to be a most compassionate team. They each went above and beyond the call of duty in the short sale of our home.  The process was long and arduous due to chronic difficulties with our loan servicer, but Cindy and Danielle were determined to see the deal through to a successful closure, even though it required an unusual amount of patience and sacrifice.  I know there was a tremendous amount of time and energy that was expended behind the scenes, which made our journey as smooth as possible. Throughout the entire process, Cindy and Danielle treated us with nothing but dignity and respect. Moreover, they were excellent listeners, even when it was just to serve as a sounding board or, in some cases, a shoulder to cry on. They took an already painful, emotional, and difficult situation and made it as gentle and dignified for us as possible. I don't think there was one moment when I felt like a client, but more like a friend.
