A large percentage of my business is generated by referrals, the greatest compliment my clients give me is a referral of a friend, relative or business associate. Obviously this means I've done a good job and earned their trust. Another large portion of my business is repeat clients, clients who make mulitple purchases or purchase and sell over and over again. I am honored that my clients entrust their family members to me. I have made many friends over the years. I consistently provide superior service and am always available for my former clients long after Close of Escrow. I retain client files indefinitely and cultivate an extensive database. There have been times when a client will contact me even after a few years since their purchase or sale and I am always able to answer their questions, or perhaps, provide a document they might be missing. I do not currently belong to a team, I feel my clients deserve undivided attention and if that means fewer transactions, that's ok with me. I want all my clients to feel as if they are my only client. And they do!!!
