2008 has been an unbelievable year in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry.  As many of us hear of the negative impact we are experiencing in the industry, it can be quite discouraging. It is amazing the changes that I have seen over the last year. I have to admit, while it is a hard time for many, it is still a great time for most!  It is a very good time for buyers to take advantage of low interest rates, and lower home prices.  For me, it is a daily task to keep educated on the continuous changes, and the new products that are becoming available. Again, I am very optimistic and find it quite comforting to focus on what positives we have with this market. 

New in October, we will have available a program called "Hope for Homeowners". Details of this program are still arriving daily, and I am optimistic that this may be a solution for many facing the negative impact.  I look forward to learning more about this program.  After all, We all work very hard to achieve our goals and maintain the goal of homeownership.  It is a great thing, owning a home!!!
