Born and raised in the midwest Tracy Brinkmeyer was raised in a family of Realtors and Property Managers. Her family still maintains substantial investment properties in Illinois. Tracy completed schooling in Colorado where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Education and Business. Afterwards, Tracy spent the next twenty years traveling nationally and internationally as a Marketing Executive for Centel Communications. Upon retiring from a highly successful sales career, Tracy followed her fily tradition and entered the Real Estate industry as a Realtor for Gary Greene Better Homes and Gardens in Houston/Galveston Texas. Tracy was a million dollar producer of Beach and Bay resort properties along with residential and commercial real estate. The only thrill that could surpass closing a real estate deal was becoming a parent to a boy and girl in the late 90's. "My clients wanted to play with the baby instead of looking at the property!" she admitted upon dropping out to be a full time mom. After a move back to the midwest and establishing the roots of her now pre-teen children Tracy is back at it tougher than ever with RE/MAX Professional Realty in Lebanon Missouri. "I love this country. The rolling hills remind me of Colorado and the hard wood trees of Illinois. I find it an easy sell!" Tracy went on to get her certification as an International Real Estate Specialist so that she can step up to the global marketplace in real estate. Her father still holds his brokers license in Illinois, although retired. Her uncle still maintains the property management company, Royse and Brinkmeyer maintaining over a thousand apartments. As for Tracy, she feels she has big shoes to fill and is always heard saying "call me, lets talk real estate."
THE HIGHEST AND BEST USE FOR THE PROPERTY....
Finding the answer to what the highest and best use for a property is what will sell it and Tracy Brinkmeyer has the creative and business sense to do that. "Real estate transactions are about putting the right people together for a common reason." Whether a luxury home, a commercial location or ranch Tracy can determine the best buyer for the property, find them and show them why they should buy it. "This is a two way deal...buyers and sellers need to win and thats what I try my best to acheive." AND acheive it she does....from helping non-profits find a facility to meet their special needs to knowing the limitations of a first time home buyer or retiring couple. Tracy is a master at finding the perfect fit. A realtor must also be able to react instantly and so Tracy devotes every minute to the market when not playing mom. The world economy impacts every buyer and seller and Tracy's former background in business opens her eyes to what can be potentially valuable to a transaction. Just because real estate was handled a certain way in the past does not fit into Tracy's way of doing business. Tracy spreads her listing worldwide, and attracts buyers as an exclusive e-agent. She is connected through state sources, internet sites but most of all through reputation of getting the job done. " Winning is what its all about" and that is what I am best at.
