I have been a full-time real estate professional since 1989 specializing in residential property including single family and condo's. I currently hold the CRS, GRI and ABR designations.

About Us:

I am known locally as The Real Estate Doctor.

We use a team approach in our real estate business.  I was one of the first agents in our area to be awarded both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.  I am a former real estate instructor that taught both prelicense and post license education courses.  I also am a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).  I've also served on our local board of realtors as the Treasurer and on the Board of Directors.  In addition, I received their Education Award on three separate occassions.  I served on the Citrus County Affordable Housing Committee and presented First Time Home Buyer classes at Central Florida Community College.  I've also presented dozens of seminars entitled, "Selling Your Home - What You Should Know!"  I've also been featured in Real Estate Business and Florida Realtor magazines.  I currently serve as an instructor for new Realtor member orientation where I specialize in teaching sales contracts.  In 1996, I was recognized as Manager of the Year for the Florida Region of RE/MAX.  I have since left management and returned to working full time in listing and selling real estate.  After a 19 month stint with Keller Williams (Keller Williams Real Estate of Citrus County has very nice people), I have happily returned to RE/MAX Realty One - the company that I've spent over 15 years with!

As a team, our primary focus and goal is, was and always will be World-Class Customer Service.  That's one reason that a large percentage of our business is referral and repeat customers.  We use some of the latest high-tech tools but try never to forget that our business will always be "high-touch."

I have rental properties of my own so I understand the rewards, problems and challenges of investment property.  We welcome First Time Homebuyers and do our best to make every clients home purchase or sale a positive and exciting experience.
