Hello, and welcome. I am Brian Merrion, Managing Broker of City Point Realty LLC. When I was contemplating starting City Point I asked myself a question; Does Chicago really need another real estate brokerage? And to this question, my answer was no.
But then I started thinking, what if the company wasn't just another real estate brokerage, but a brokerage created from the consumer's perspective? Our working motto is Real Estate Your Way, Everyday; that is what we promise, and what we deliver. Our company was created to offer you choices. Plain and Simple. As I began to develop the concept, the need for a new brokerage that operates dynamically around its clients became a necessity in my mind. And that is what brings us here today. A real estate agent or broker has no business without customers. At City Point we see each customer as an individual, not as a commission check.
