CJ is the Listing Specialist to The CJ Harrington Home Selling Team, and Co-Owner in Keller Williams Realty’s Strongsville Office.  Throughout CJ’s 35 year real estate career in Cleveland, Ohio, his goal has always been to bring professionalism and integrity back to the real estate industry. CJ’s clients keep coming back and referring all their family and friends.  CJ believes this is not just because of the results and guidance they receive, yet because he values each relationship he has had the opportunity to build.  Even after 35 years of selling real estate in the Cleveland, Ohio area, CJ is always finding ways to educate himself and provide better service to each and every client. CJ has become certified with the NORMLS MLS systems, received multiple designations like GRI (The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS(Council of Residential Specialists), CRC(Certified Relocation Counselor) and ABR(Accredited Buyer’s Representative).  CJ feels education is a necessity in providing results and top quality service to each and every home buyer or seller. The last things CJ ever wants to see is a client receive poor guidance and in result end up with more hassles like getting less than they should for their property, or even end up losing money while their home remains unsold. Cheryl is the Marketing Specialist to The CJ Harrington Home Selling TEAM.  Cheryl is a graduate from Strongsville High School.  Cheryl has been working aside and happily married to CJ for over 30 years.  Cheryl has helped CJ develop the extensive marketing strategies, and systems that have helped lead to such outstanding customer satisfaction and success.  Cheryl is also a certified stager, and offers this service to each client for free, so each home shows as if it were a model. A staged home sell 93% faster according the National Association of Realtors, which means our clients can move faster.  Cheryl also feels strongly in aligning and becoming a co -owner in such a professional company as Keller Williams Realty. Cheryl says that the decision six years ago to align with the international firm of Keller Williams Realty – the nation’s second largest residential real estate company - was an important step in her real estate sales company’s future. “It was a natural fit,” she says. “Keller Williams Realty’s extensive corporate structure, educational and marketing resources, and industry leadership have helped us grow our business exponentially. Charles is the Buyers Specialist to The CJ Harrington Home Selling Team.  Charles is a graduate from Strongsville High School and Miami University of Ohio in Accountancy and Finance.  Charles developed skills in finance and accounting to better analyze the real estate market and provide thorough real estate information to clients looking for the investment of a life time. No matter if a client is buying or selling their first home, a foreclosure, or their dream home, Charles’ goal is educate and guide each client in making the right decision. The last things Charles ever want to see is a client overpay for a property, or end up with a home that really wasn't the right fit for them. All because they didn't receive the right market information or were not asked the right questions. Charles considers himself a local expert in real estate as well as a friend to all of his clientele.
