About CJ and His Team:
Throughout my 33 year real estate career in Cleveland, Ohio, my goal has always been to bring professionalism to buyers, sellers, renters and landlords in the Cleveland real estate industry. Even after 33 years of selling real estate in the Cleveland, Ohio market, I am always finding ways to educate myself and provide better service to each and every client. I have become certified with the NORMLS MLS systems, received my GRI, CRS and ABR as well make sure to take additional real estate courses every year. I feel education is a necessity in providing results and top quality service to each and every home buyer or seller. No matter if a client is buying or selling their first home or their dream home, my goal is educate and guide each client in making the right decision. The last things I ever want to see is a client receive poor guidance and in result end up with more hassles like getting less than they should for their property, or even end up losing more money while their home remains unsold. Think for a moment...Imagine your average real estate transaction. You have a seller selling their home and a buyer who chooses to buy their home. When they come to negotiate over the final price would we not expect the seller to want the highest price and the buyer to want the lowest price. Of course we should. Now, if we also know that the average individual real estate agent's responsibilites are to represent buyers, represent sellers and market themselves. And we understand that each resposibility is equally as important and requires equal time in order for the agents and the client's success. Then how can an indivual real estate agent be a specialist in all three? Furthermore, whose interest does the real estate agent represent better, the buyer's or the seller's. Does the agent spend more time with buyers, and provide less time for seller or the exact opposite? Who really does recieve the best price for them at the end of the day? And by the way who is going to make sure the seller's properties are marketed most effectively? Well, you are welcome to make your own decision, but to me the solution either lies either a bipolar workaholic or a TEAM. So, what is TEAM really all about?
A TEAM is a group of real estate agents, each with seperate responsibilities. A TEAM consists of Listing Specialists, Buyers Specialists and Marketing Specialist. Each agent with their own specialized skills and resposibilities. Each agent can now focus on only one of the main responsibilities required for success, and since their efforts and skills are focused, each agent can do that one responsibility to the best of their ability. Which not only means, they provide the best service they can, but also means they can worry less about having to be average at all three. In result, client's receive an agent who specializes in their unique real estate needs. So, now let me tell you about our TEAM.

What this means is that we provide unique service to our buyers and sellers. Why I chose Keller Williams…
After 33 years in Cleveland, Ohio real estate, accomplishing many designations, and receive multiple sales awards. I knew I needed an organization that would provide an ethical, professional and a learning based structure in real estate. They offered real estate training systems and national real estate seminars to educate their agents, profit sharing to help agents after retirement, culture to give back to agents in need and their communtiy and an agency built on fairness and ethics.
