I'm increasingly extroverted. I can't be shy and reserved as I was in years past and work as a real estate broker, that's for sure. Yes, I'm clearly young, but have been selling real estate for over six years, and have enjoyed almost every minute of it. I am a member of the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS, Carolina MLS, NC Association of REALTORS, and of course the National Association of REALTORS.
Ethics, morals, and proper communication are the keys to this business. I do believe in conducting my business by creating a custom experience for each of my clients. I refrain from appearing as a robot wearing a button-down and neck-tie blabbering about agency disclosure and commission. I try to relate to each and every client as much as possible. I will not make a casual person uncomfortable by always being in a suit, and I will not allow a more sophisticated person to assume that I have no experience or knowledge of real estate.
I know what it's like to be a first-time buyer: frustrating, doubtful, high hopes not being met, and even the experience of people not taking you seriously. I want that to cease. I will sell to anyone with any budget. It's not always about how much I will pocket after a closing. It's about building lasting relationships where my clients will remember me, use me to purchase another home in the future, and recommend me to their friends and family.
I specialize in the Lincolnton/Charlotte/Lake Norman, NC market and do not intend on leaving anytime soon. If you've done any research regarding markets across the country, you know this one is doing very well considering what's going on elsewhere. I've lived here all my life (not from NY, NJ, FL, or CA like all of you immigrants) so I know and love the area. From the lake, to the city, to suburbia, to a farm in the hills surrounded by soy beans or wheat fields - let me reiterate this - I know the area.
