Where to begin?  My name is Cameron Keegan, and my family currently resides in Kilgore Farms off of Woodruff Road in Simpsonville.  Although my wife and I are both from Pennsylvania, we met here in Greenville in 2002. My father will want me to tell you that he introduced us...which he did.  We also have a wonderful little boy named Garrin, who we welcomed into our family in 2007.

I absolutely love Greenville, South Carolina!  Having lived in 6 states (MI, CT, MD, WI, PA, and SC) throughout my life, it is nice to find somewhere you can truly picture yourself growing old.  Did I mention I absolutely love it here, or that I make an excellent tour guide?

I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (approximately 12,000 students in Indiana, PA) with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Marketing.  Immediately after graduation, I moved to Greenville in pursuit of a career in advertising. Shortly thereafter, I took a position with Leslie Advertising, but later realized a passion for real estate.

I have been a Realtor with Prudential C. Dan Joyner for over 5 years, and I can honestly tell you that I absolutely love my career.  It incorporates so many aspects of what I've always loved (psychology of negotiation, marketing, etc) with so many things that make me proud to be a Realtor. I cannot express the feeling of satisfaction when I am able to help someone by their first home or their fifth, not to mention the satisfaction of selling a home and realizing that all of those late nights doing ad-layouts paid off.

Obviously I didn't want to bore you with my life story, but feel free to ask any questions you might have about me, or about the services I provide to my clients on a daily basis.

I specialize in residential real estate, and have a proven track record when working with both buyers and sellers.  I am a proud member of the Prudential Honor Society, which recognizes the top 13% of all Prudential agents nationwide. 

My goals when working a seller are to maximize their home's exposure through various media (including all upstate real estate magazines, newspaper, and everywhere on the internet), as well as set an accurate price based on historic sales data and current competition.

When working with a buyer, I always maintain my client's criteria as the number one priority.  I will never try to pressure-sell or over-sell my clients.  My goal is to always have my buyer client wake up the first morning in their new home, and feel ecstatic that they made the right purchasing decisions.

My personal website, which receives more than 43,000 hits per year, allows buyers to search for Greenville SC Real Estate and also gives buyers the ability to receive instant property notifications via e-mail when Greenville SC Homes for Sale first come on the market, which match their specific criteria.

When we decided to list our home, we called Cameron Keegan, a realtor with Prudential C. Dan Joyner Real Estate.  Cameron listed our home in early January and we had a contract less than two months later.  He did an outstanding job with the flyer and internet listing setting out our home´s features and the pictures of our home.  He advertised and marketed our home in various real estate publications to get much needed exposure. 

Cameron was also our buyer´s agent in finding us a new home.  Cameron took us out weekly to look at homes, and we looked at approximately 50 homes before we found the home just for us.  He was always patient and very knowledgeable about the properties we looked at and pointed out things that we would not have known to look for.  His expertise in the value of homes was a much needed help.  He kept us from paying far more than we should have for a home.  We spent so much time with Cameron that he became like a family member, and we always enjoyed our outings. 

In all aspects of selling our home of 22 years and buying another, Cameron was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  If we need another realtor in the future, it would definitely be Cameron Keegan, and we will recommend him to friends.

Cameron first took me on a quest to find that perfect home on December 7th.  I moved into my home December 29th.
