About Us:
Charles Kraus and Pat Kraus have been providing real estate service to buyers and sellers in the Greater Annapolis area since 1989. Lifelong Maryland residents and Greater Annapolis residents since 1976 we know the area well. We specialize in residential sales of new and resale properties including land. Charles is an Associate Broker, holding the designation of Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Currently, Charles is with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Branch Manager of the Annapolis office of RE/MAX Experts. In addition Charles has served on committees and the Board of Directors for Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. He is also a Graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and a lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Acheivement Club in Anne Arundel County.
