I mostly represent buyers. I am an Independent Broker and Owner of my own Brokerage without the pressure of a large organization behind me. My clients get objective advice and I don't hesitate to advise my buyers not to purchase a particular property when I think that the property has too many faults, even if they might not be apparent to my clients. I'm first and foremost an advisor to my clients.

As I am also a practicing CPA, I offer all my clients a free financial and tax evaluation to determine whether a home purchase makes tax and financial sense for them. My clients value these evaluations greatly and use them to find their comfort level when deciding on a price range for their future home. With prices being sky-high in San Francisco, it happens that I advise certain clients to keep renting if a purchase makes no financial sense in their particular case.

I help my buyers find residential properties in San Francisco, San Mateo County, Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, Corte Madera and Larkspur.

I speak fluent German and French and enjoy working with new immigrants and help them settle in the US. It can be daunting to purchase property in a country whose customs you are not yet familiar with. More than anything you will need an advisor who knows the market and can guide you through the many pitfalls that a home purchase can bring with it.
