About Lisa:
As a San Diego native, I have watched the real estate market evolve and understand where the market is today. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in the legal field during the last downturn in the market in the early 1990s. I learned a lot about a distressed market. Although this market has it's challenges, it's a great time to buy and sell. The market desperately needs buyers and sellers who are not in distress! I work with numerous buyers, and several of them are looking to purchase a home that is not in trouble. With that said, I have the expertise and understanding to get the short sale and foreclosure deals done. I truly enjoy working closely with my clients and providing them with great customer service. I specialize in working with first time home buyers, sellers in distressed properties, investors and sellers who want to move up into a larger home, or downsize throughout San Diego County. Today's market in San Diego requires that you have expertise in all these areas. I approach every deal with the mindset "What can I learn from this that would help my clients." Additionally, as your Realtor, I work closely with lenders that understand all aspects of this market, and give my clients outstanding customer service. As you can imagine, purchasing or selling a home can be stressful.
