About Us:
I became a Realtor in 2002 and was employed by Chinchiolo Realtors in Stockton. My training and experience was with the guidance of my broker, Jim Chinchiolo. I became and earned a top producer award in 2004. I speak and write the Filipino language fluently, and I am also able to understand and speak a little Spanish, but can write and read Spanish fluently. I was raised in Stockton, therefore, I consider my self a local Stocktonian. I am very familiar with the Stockton and the surrounding vicinity, which gives me an advantage for selling real estate. In October 2006, I left Chinchiolo Realtors to start my own Real Estate and Mortgage office in Lodi. It is an everyday challenge to over come obstacles in having your own office to run especially in this market. Because Real Estate is my passion, I enjoy the challenge and this market never gets me down, but drives me to be more strong and more confident with my profession. Dealing with people and helping people with their real estate and mortgage is what I love. I am very involved with my local real estate associations. I am a part of the Central Valley Association education committee and various fund raising committees. I am presently the Treasurer of the Central Valley Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors and the incoming President for 2008. My involvement with these associations keeps me well educated in my profession which is very important in order to be able to perform an extraordinary job.
Areas of Expertise
I enjoy all areas of real estate, whether first time home buyers, listings or investments. As a professional Realtor, you have to be able to adapt to the different clients as well as the different types of market. I don't like to limit myself in a certain area because it does not give me the flexibility that I need to help all types of clients.
