Classic Property Management has been helping owners of investment properties since 1993. We launched with a four unit complex in Newhall, CA and have since grown to manage hundreds of homes across the Santa Clarita Valley and have become the most trusted company in our area. Why property management? Because there is a need!
Oftentimes, owners of rental homes would rather be doing something else with their time than taking leaking toilet calls at midnight. Maybe an owner or two wants us to help them stay out of legal problems and pitfalls that can accompany this industry. Maybe an owner wants a home to have a tenant but really just wants to money each month without the potential headaches. That is where we come in! I joined the Classic team in 2006 after a meeting with our broker Dave Mckean. Up until that point, I had been working as a jailer for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Needless to say, my customers are typically better now than they were back then. Since my first day with the company I have held many titles and roles. Now I have risen to the rank of lead listing agent and am putting my knowledge of the rental market to use for the good of owners everywhere! No longer do you need to sift through all of the useless and oftentimes misleading advice of friends, neighbors, and (hold your surprise) the internet... This is the one-stop-shop for anyone that wants honest information about renting, rentals, and property management presented in a somewhat snarky and humorous light. Although this blog will be geared toward the Santa Clarita, CA market, most of the information will be helpful to all. Read on my friends!
