The Beginning of Trust
Classic Property Management was started in 1993 when Dave Mckean (Broker, Classic Real Estate Inc.) had a client ask if he did property management. The first property was a four unit complex in Newhall, CA. Over the years, Classic has grown from four units to over 150 units under management (November 2007). We do not currently manage any commercial properties.
Classic Property Management is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers whereby we receive ongoing, up-to-date training as well as have access to a network of property managers around the country
Focus on the Antelope Valley
I joined the Classic team in 2006 after a meeting with our broker Dave Mckean. Classic had experienced tremendous success in Santa Clarita and Dave and John Evarts wanted to put the Classic trust to work in the Antelope Valley. We opened the Lancaster branch to handle the growing number of Antelope Valley homes, and I took the reigns from there!
Since that time, we have been gaining momentum and popularity in the area by always dealing honestly and fairly with both our clients and their tenants. Although we have not launched any sort of an advertising campaign in the area, the word of mouth has been amazing. Our customers and clients have been so impressed by our level of integrity that they are consistently recommending us to their friends, family, and neighbors! We specialize in finding quality renters in Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, and Rosamond. The Antelope Valley is growing and people will always need a place to call home. Maybe that home can be yours!
