Description
Commercial real estate consulting, brokerage, & valuation analysis. Residential real estate by referral. Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Licensed broker in Alabama, Georgia, & Tennessee

Who Am I?

After spending more than 17 years working on the valuation and consulting side of the business, Christina decided to turn her attention to real estate brokerage in 2002.  Having a substantial background in real estate provides great support to her customers and clients.  Experience counts and that saves buyers and sellers time and money every day.  Gaining an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, becoming a broker in 2007, and teaching real estate pre-license classes at Chattanooga State from 2006 to 2009 all build skill and expertise to assist you with your real estate needs.  Additionally as our market has changed, I've become more versed in helping sellers with specific issues by becoming a short sale foreclosure resource expert (SFR) and obtaining my Certified Distressed Property Expert certification (CDPE) in 2011.
