I hope so, because when this lady says she is working for you, she means it. My wife and I were first time home buyers and were under a deadline. We had to find a home for my wife, myself and our three daughters, and we had one month to locate, finance and close on a house we could live with.

Audrey pretty much dropped everything else she was doing and got us to see a lot of homes in three days. We narrowed it down to three homes and went back to see them again with our daughters in tow. After our second viewing, we decided on a home and placed a bid which was accepted. Here is where the fun begins and Audrey came through with flying colors.

We were working on a VA loan and that brings about some extra requirements. Our finance company lost all of our originals, asked a lot of stupid questions and generally became a major stumbling block for us reaching closing. Between faxing these items three to four times and Audrey keeping a very strong fire going under her contact at the mortgage company, we finally made it to closing.
