I've lived in many areas of Sacramento and Yolo Counties throughout my 25 years here, widening my familiarity of the varied communities, thereby, becoming a more valuable resource for my clients.

About Us:

 I have personally been buying and selling real estate investments since 1991, and have been managing them as well.  I decided to make it a career in 2005 and since then have been the top producer in my office for the last 2 years.  This past October I started selling REO's for Countrywide and partnered with another agent, Jon Brodie, to form the Platinum Group Real Estate Investments, at Keller Willimas Realty, with buyer's agents and an Office Administrator.   

Presently, Jon and I are the listing agents for Countrywide Foreclosure/REO Properties,  but we find ourselves set up to handle many more assets and are pursuing more business with banks and outsourcing companies.  What we offer is already established relationships with area preservation companies, systematized workflow, task responsiveness, organization and an excellent management team, able to respond quickly to whatever arises.  

 We are currently focusing our business in the Eldorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo Counties in California.   We are intending to expand, with the upsurge of REO's, to San Juaquin, Sutter, Yuba and Amador Counties as well.

Knowledge, experience and a true desire to help my clients gain weath through smart investing is what separates me from the competition.

Areas of Expertise

Being an investor for over 16 years has given me the experience and knowledge to help those interested in purchasing investment properties.  I have lived in the Davis area (Yolo County) for over 17 years, Folsom (East Sacramento) for 1 year, Elk Grove (South Sacramento) for 3 years and now in the Natomas area (North Sacramento).  Beacuse I have lived in so many locations I can provide my clients with valuable information allowing them to make the right choices for themselves.  I enjoy working, and have had wonderful experiences with the first-time homebuyer, move-up buyer, high-end buyer, and of course, the investment buyer so wherever you are, I can help you find your next property and effectively represent you in the transaction.  Managing and selling Foreclosure properties has opened many door for myself and my clients.

Having a significant background in education has been a huge benefit to my clients in properly addressing concerns throughout the transaction.  I love what I do and I think it's reflected in the attention to detail I give to my clients in helping them accomplish thier goals.
