About Us:
Charlotte has been marketing and selling residential real estate in the suburban north Atlanta area since 2004. She lives in a lakefront community of Gainesville, Georgia on the shores of Lake Lanier.
Her background prior to real estate marketing was in various technical fields. She worked for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida as a co-op during the mid 1990's. After college she worked in Sales and Marketing for Schlumberger in the Instrument Systems Division based in West Union, South Carolina and then in the suburban Atlanta area providing sales support to distributors throughout the Southeast. She later worked for a healthcare services company, TheraTx, in a software quality assurance role and then at the internet based financial services company, nFront.
Her degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee and varied technical background has served her well in incorporating technology into her real estate business. Previous sales and marketing experience in the electricity metering industry helped develop a technical savvy which is now benefitting her real estate clients. Technical knowledge and understanding helps her to maximize exposure to her clients' properties in a wide range of internet based marketing avenues. Internet based buyer systems ensure that her clients have tools available to them to allow them access to fast and reliable MLS information.

We specialize in residential real estate sales in Gainesville, Georgia and the suburban north Atlanta area. Our primary services area includes Hall County, northern Gwinnett County and eastern Forsyth County encompassing the communities of Gainesville, Cumming, Braselton, Flowery Branch, Buford, Suwanee and Sugar Hill. Our areas of expertise include lakefront property on Lake Lanier and luxury home sales and marketing although we market properties in all price ranges. We incorporate Internet based systems and good old fashioned experience to offer our clients superior customer service saving them time and money in real estate transactions.
