The RE/MAX specialist for North Mississippi. I specialize in residential real estate with experience in commercial, investment and land properties. Also specializing in real estate auctions.

About Me:

I am a graduate of Mississippi State University where I studied business and economics.  I was a business manager in the corporate world before beginning my career in real estate.  Since entering the real estate field I have continued extensive training and education in real estate to help me better serve my clients.  I pride myself in exceptional service for my clients.  Constant feedback and communication between myself and my clients helps me to provide the best service possible.  I always go above and beyond what is expected.  I always treat my customer, clients and fellow real estate professionals the way that I would like to be treated.  Honesty, integrity and hard work is what sets me apart from my competitors.  Please ask me anything that you'd like to know.  I welcome questions of any kind.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential real estate and I also have lots of experience in commercial real estate, investment properties, agricultural and hunting land and HUD homes.  I have received training is Short Sales, Foreclosures, and REO properties.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I enjoy helping families that are having trouble making mortgage payments every month.  If you are struggling with mortgage payments I can negotiate with your lender on your behalf to get your home sold or renegotiate teh terms of the loan so that you can either stat in your home or sell it and avoid foreclosure. 

I have helped many first time home buyers find a wonderful starter home.  I also enjoy helping families sell their homes quickly for the highest price while helping them find a home that better fits their needs as a growing family.  I devote myself to every transaction for my clients.  I am involved in every part of a real estate transaction from searching for the perfect home to securing financing and then to the closing and beyond.  Once you are my client, I intend for you to be my client forever.  I stay in contact with all of my clients whether past or present and I always welcome questions, comments or suggestions from anyone.

I am a real estate broker and I am working on several professional designations in real estate currently.  I have also assisted several clients in relocating to our area.  I really enjoy helping people that are relocating to our area and do all that I can to help them have the best relocation experience ever.
