What clients say about Carol...
I thought you were a great coach for a first time buyer. It can be intimidating, so having you there for advice on everything from the offer process right up through the close was awesome. You gave advice that showed you were listening to my wants, and not taking your own into consideration. Your organization and rapid response to EVERYTHING throughout the whole FHA process was awesome, and well needed. I also really liked your approach with the selling agents. You have that balance of being able to be really nice when needed, or feisty when things needed to get done.
THANK YOU, -Pat Manley

It's been a little over a month and I have been way over due in writing you a thank you for your work on the sale of 380 Fellsway East Malden. I can't remember the exact time that we retained you, but if memory serves me right it was sometime towards the end of the first quarter in 2009. That may very well have been the absolute worst time in the past 50 years to begin marketing a house for sale, but due to our family estate considerations it was the right thing to do. Right from the beginning, you were very clear and straightforward about where you thought the value of the property was, where you thought pricing would be and what you thought the process would look like from a timing standpoint. I must say, in all of the residential sales that I have been involved with I have never received counsel and advice that was as well thought out and ground in real- time market information. As one would expect for last year, the sales process took a little while but at the end of the marketing period I was completely convinced that every investor, couple and family that was looking for a house in this price range in Malden had toured the property. Ultimately, I was amazed to see that we had several full price offers and were able to pick the best terms and most qualified buyer. A luxury in today's market, I am sure.
If I ever find myself owning another property up in Malden and need to sell it, you can be sure you will be my first call. Of course if I hear of anyone that needs a recommendation, I will be sure to send them your way. Take care and best wishes for a profitable and safe 2010.

Dear Carol,
Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding! Those are the only three words I can think to describe your professionalism, efforts, performance and results while handling my real estate project in Cambridge. As you know, I come in contact with many Realtors because of being a Mortgage Broker. As a result, I am able to witness, first hand, the different methods and practices of the many professionals in your field, including yourself.
Because your office was out of town, I thought it best to hire a "top producer" from a different real estate company close to my project, although not in Cambridge itself. Unfortunately, the initial information given to me did not turn out to be valid and the sale of my condo project sat idle for four months, overpriced. Then I decided to hire a different "top producer" at a second real estate company, in the City of Cambridge, who had approximately 400 agents available to him within his office, two other branch offices in Cambridge and another one in Arlington. Again my condo project sat idle for another four months at reduced prices which still turned out to be overpriced. It seems that no one was able to take the time to provide me with the proper information that I needed to make the project a success. The real horror of it all is that no one wanted to tell me the truth!!!
The biggest mistake I made was thinking that you could not be effective because you were located outside the Cambridge area. Once I brought my problem to your attention, you jumped into action and provided me with the proper information and more importantly, the truth. I have never witnessed anything like it! Within six weeks you sold the entire project. You did in six weeks what two other full companies could not do in eight months! Although I watched you use marketing methods similar to the others, I believe the successful results you achieved were because of the extra "PERSONAL" marketing methods you have developed through many years of experience. This can only prove that technology is only good to a certain point!
Carol, I will refer your services to anyone I can. They will only benefit by hiring you. If they decide to chase the "candy" that others will dangle in front of them, they will find out very quickly that some candy has a bitter taste. Thank you for taking that monkey off my back!!
