Cathy McGrail has been licensed since 1986 & obtained her brokers license in 1997. She is a CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, GRI - Graduate of the Realtors Institute, ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist and e-Pro - Electronic Professional. She is a broker and part owner of Keller Williams Home Town Realty in Vandalia, Ohio. Mike Klingler is a licensed agent with experience in construction, rehabbing homes & works with buyers and sellers. The McGrail team is active in their communities. Cathy is a member and past president of the Northmont Chamber & is a Northmont Rotarian. She is also on Parish Council. Mike volunteers for 5 River MetroParks.
