At Melby and Associates, LLC, we are involved in real estate brokerage and real estate education. Whether you want to sell a property, purchase a new home, learn the fascinating details behind the real estate transaction process, or train to become a real estate agent, look to us for support and information.
We offer you a wide range of real estate brokerage options. For those clients who feel confident with certain aspects of selling a property, we offer an a la carte listing model, in which you pick from a menu of real estate services, and you are billed only for the services you select. For those who need more help, we put our years of expertise to work for you under our traditional full-service for full-fee model.
The practice of real estate is constantly changing, as are the ways that we best represent our clients. Buyer brokerage, in which an agency exclusively represents the interests of a real estate buyer, is becoming a critical real estate skill, and we specialize in this area. For clients who are interested in buying a new home, we offer the utmost professionalism in buyer brokerage. We represent and defend your interests exclusively throughout your purchase.
We are also actively involved in real estate education. Our educational activities range from teaching first time homebuyers about the process of finding and closing on a new home, to offering seminars that teach potential home sellers the details of listing, marketing, offer negotiation, financing, and real estate closing processes, to preparing candidates for the Massachusetts real estate salesperson and real estate broker licensing examinations.
We are also involved in real estate publications. We offer in-house written real estate publications and well-regarded real estate books through our partnership with Amazon.com.
