I have lived on the beach or close to the beach for the last 25 years. I raised my five children on the sugar white beaches of NW Florida I have coached in one way or the other most of my life. I have been a sports coach, life coach, Real Estate coach and love to learn and teach. I have noticed that when the teacher is ready the student appears and when the student is ready the teacher appears. I have been both the student and the teacher everyday of my life. I hope to live to be 150 years old or longer. I figure if I live another 30-40 years with the progress of science I may live in this life for a very long time. I believe we always get what we ask for but, sometimes it's through conscious awareness and sometimes through default.
I have been teaching sound meditation for over 25 years.
