 Hello, this is my first attempt at a blog, so I will appreciate any and all advice offered. As mentioned above I have been selling Real Estate in Historic Charleston, South Carolina for almost 30 years. I love this city and it coastal towns. I am an ABR and have specialized in several areas during my long career. These areas include Waterfront Properties, Vacation or Second Homes, New Construction {I'm married to a Great Custom Builder}, and Condominiums. Over the years I have helped launch many new and converted Condo communities all arround the Charleston area.
