As I said earlier, I believe finding out what my clients needs are is most important. Spending time with my clients asking questions about their wants and desires and being able to listen is a characteristic I plan to spend my life learning.

Being personable with my clients and making them feel that the transaction was fun and understanding the process is also important to me. Even though some moves are not necessarily fun, making the transaction as smooth and hassle free as possible is very important.

And then there is quality of life. I believe this is something that needs to be taken into consideration whenever going into a large event like moving. I always take this into consideration when visiting with my clients about there needs.

Thank you for checking in, we really appreciate all of your help during the sale of our house and the subsequent move .  We think that the water issue has been resolved and expecting our first bill soon.

Hi Cody,

We are really enjoying our new Condo.  Everything is going just great.  We are mostly unpacked and feeling like we have been here for years.  It felt like home when we were looking at it before we bought and now it really feels good.  We really enjoyed working with you and we have given your name to several people. They are not ready yet but will look you up when they are.  We know we have done the right thing, we see all the articles in the paper about condo sales and increase in price.  We are very happy.
