I'll give you all the boring background stuff first (!), but be sure to read comments from my clientele below- I am proud to have the best local reputation, but I prefer my happy clients to do the talking for me!!
Colin Delaney, Broker and Co-President of Veranda Homes, founded Veranda Homes with Paul Morgan with the thought that a higher level of service was greatly needed in the coastal Orange County real estate market.
Prior to Veranda Homes, Colin spent nearly four years with Torelli Realty as an associate broker, and while he was there he was a consistent top producer who sold more than $35 Million in listings representing buyers and sellers alike.
Prior to real estate, Colin worked for a Fortune 500 software firm in Southern California as a Territory Manager and also as a Regional Manager overseeing a team of sales executives.
Prior to life in California, Colin was raised on the east coast in Pennsylvania, and attended Furman University on a tennis scholarship.
Immediately after college, Colin chased his dream of professional tennis and played nearly three years around the world in some of the best Association of Tennis Professionals tournaments achieving world rankings in both singles and doubles.
After tennis, Colin settled in California where he met his wife Deanna. Currently they are raising their two boys in their hometown of Costa Mesa.
