Colin Delaney, Broker and Co-President of Veranda Homes, founded Veranda Homes with Paul Morgan with the thought that a higher level of service was greatly needed in the coastal Orange County real estate market.
Prior to Veranda Homes, Colin spent nearly four years as an associate broker with a Costa Mesa based firm, and while he was there he was a consistent top producer who sold more than $35 Million in listings representing buyers and sellers alike.
Prior to real estate, Colin worked for a Fortune 500 software firm in Southern California as a Territory Manager and also as a Regional Manager overseeing a team of sales executives.
Prior to life in California, Colin was raised on the east coast in Pennsylvania, and attended Furman University on a tennis scholarship.
Immediately after college, Colin chased his dream of professional tennis and played nearly three years around the world in some of the best Association of Tennis Professionals tournaments achieving world rankings in both singles and doubles.
After tennis, Colin settled in California where he met his wife Deanna. Currently they are raising their two boys in their hometown of Costa Mesa.

Colin Delaney is a gem! Working with him was always professional and timely! Some legal questions regarding our escrow were handled quickly. A smooth escrow without problems! Truly a wonderful agent to work with. We had an older, run down home in Costa Mesa that needed a lot of attention prior to being put on the market. I was in North Carolina with no one to help the process locally....Colin organized a six week plan to go through the home completely from inside out and created an absolute gem of a home to put on the market.
