We are trying to set up a paint incentive for potential buyers. This would be for Interior or Exterior painting. We could also add wallpaper removal or installs as well.

Looking at past customers of ours who told us about the purchase of there home. We noticed most of them did not like the color of the homes interior or exterior when they bought it.Wallpaper was a big issue as well.

This incentive might lock in a buyer knowing they can paint there new home the color of their choice. Some homes have wallpaper. Wallpaper design is a personal choice. This incentive would allow the buyer to have the wallpaper removed and painted, or install a design of there choice.
