In 2007, I founded Commercial MasterMinds (CMM),a full service commercial brokerage, which operates in a newer, more efficient manner. CMM is unique in that every Advisor participates in a mastermind group that shares ideas in such areas as marketing, sales, investor trends and financial markets. The mastermind concept reaches to other supporting industries via my Industry Partners. Prior to founding Commercial MasterMinds, I served as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily property in Northern California. My office team closed over 19,500 apartment units at a value of over $1 billion over a twenty year period.
I am not only a Commercial Broker but also an investor. I serve as a member of the 2009-2010 NCalCCIM Leadership Team. As a CCIM candidate, I moderate the monthly property marketing session for the Northern California CCIM chapter. Last, I am also a member of the California Apartment Association and the Urban Land Institute.
