As lifetime resident of St. Paul MN and now Roseville MN, I specialize in listing and selling of single family homes as the core focus of my business. I preview 20-50 homes per week on average and my team has sold a combined of 89 homes in 2007. We put our clients first and act as a consultant to help our clients make the best decisions for themselves in a real estate transaction. We know that even thought we handle transactions on a daily basis, our clients may only buy or sell a home a few times in their lifetime.
