About Marc
Marc Vitorillo represents home buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay area. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty. He helps home buyers and sellers through the processes involved in real estate sales, marketing, negotiations and mortgage financing. Marc currently is a candidate for the CCIM designation, a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
Marc Vitorillo is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Management Information Systems. He began his career as a Network Engineer for 6 years with IBM Global Networks and ATT Global Networks; managing and analyzing major companies' network infrastructure globally. He believes that it all comes down to really listening to the clients' needs and then doing everything in his power to provide a 'whatever it takes' attitude to accomplish them.
He has lived in Tampa since 1996; Florida since 1983. He left to go overseas for two years, out of state for a year and relocated within Tampa six times. He is able to make a commitment to you.
