Areas of Expertise
We help you promote and market your real estate listings! We give them visibility!1. Shooting your property tour. We arrive at the property and will shoot the exterior scenes first. We'll also walk through the home in order to get a feel for how to best shoot it. Then we'll set up lighting if needed, set up your audio microphone, and begin shooting. And don't worry if you're new to being on camera, we'll make sure you look and sound good! Then you have some options:
A. You give an on-camera guided tour of the home, pointing out it's best features. This is a great way for potential buyers and future sellers to get to know you and your personality! Plus it makes the home tour more personal and inviting.
B. We shoot the home tour based on a script provided by you. The script will then be recorded and used as a voice-over in post-production.
C. We shoot the video tour with no voice-over, and no guided tour - and simply add compelling music to go along with the video footage.
The video shoot will take approximately one hour for a home up to 3,000 square feet. You can figure one and one half to two hours for larger homes.
2. Editing your property tour. Once the video shoot is completed, we'll begin editing the footage, adding voice-over if needed, adding graphics with your logo and contact information, put a cool music track underneath the video footage and upload it to our web site for you to review.
3. Broadcast to the Web! Once you give final approval for the video tour, we'll upload it to various sites including: MRIS, Wellcomemat.com, YouTube, FaceBook, and others. We'll help your video tour be seen by hundreds of potential buyers!
