- We are a new company with big ideas. Being internet based we are eagerly waiting for the launch of our new web site. We promise that it will be jam packed with great listings, stories and ideas.
Who we are..............
We at Connective Realty, LLC are basically a marketing company. We market our brand and we market our listings. We do not have photographs of our agents on business cards as we believe that when a client hires an agent to represent them, then its the whole company that will actually be working for them. Most other professions do not advertise photographs of their members and we at Connective Realty, LLC do the same. Nor are not interested in big fancy offices or conducting endless meetings. We would rather organize a local event where agents and their families, clients, customers, associated vendors and professionals can gather to socialize and network. We use every advertising avenue that's possible to showcase our listings, from the traditional methods like newspaper ads to the unconventional like encouraging buyers to open houses by using Conor our 18' air dancer.
What we do................
Our agents our given the opportunity to receive commissions without desk fees, sign fees or franchise fees being deducted while still having all the advantages that a large brokerage can offer. This encourages agent retention which ultimately will positively affect our clients. Most buyers begin and narrow down their search by using the Internet. That is why an interactive extensive website is crucially to a firms success. We are currently working on developing such a site. Although the Internet has changed the way real estate is advertised, bought and sold it has also changed the way that brokerage firms operate. No longer is it necessary to have a large office facility for agents to operate from, what is necessary is to have a mobile, Internet savvy agent base.
