I take pride in my profession and understand the liability associated with it. For that reason, I take great pride in the fact that I attend State and National Conventions, complete 25-30 hours of Continuing Eduation per year and have received three designations in the past 12 months which are GRI, e-Pro and ABR. I was awarded the "Master Award" for 2006 from the Monroe County Association of Realtors. I participate on the RPAC and Program Committees with my Local Board as well as Chair the Designated Office Communicator committee.

My area of expertise is the area in which I live and work. Knowing as much as I do about my community makes me the Neighborhood Expert. I enjoy working with Seller's. It gives me the opportunity to explain the process of listing and selling a home as well as all the marketing that goes on behind the scenes. Most of my sales are on the Listing Side.
I enjoy first time buyers. This is their first and largest committment and I like to be the educator in guiding their through the process of home buying. It can be scarey and intimidating but my goal is to make it as exciting and rewarding as it should be.

Greatest Seller compliment. I had a $442,000 home listed and broke my neck in advertising, marketing, open houses, virtual tours, photos, mass mailings, etc. I knew the Seller's motivation to sell their home and did everything in my power to achieve their objective as well as my goal. At the end of 6 months, the Seller's decided that I hadn't done enough to sell their home so they would move on to someone with "more experience". Needless to say, 2 1/2 years later their home is still on the market. The nicest thing I ever heard them say was that they "had no idea how much I had done or how much time and money I spent trying to sell their home" compared to the Agents that they have filtered through in the past 2 1/2 years.
Best Buyer Compliment was from a first time home buyer who's new home's basement flooded 2 days after the contract was written. I worked side by side with the Seller's agent to get this home into the condition it was in when we wrote the offer. The home was perfectly brought back to "pre sale" condition and at closing I was told "you are the greatest".
