About Us:

Hello all. Thanks for checking in. If you have a real estate need we are here to help you. Weather you are buying or selling we can provide you with top notch service. We are a full service brokerage and steadily growing. 

My name is Pam Cooper and Broker/Owner of The Real Estate Center. I have been a broker/owner in Jackson County for almost 7 years (I have successfully started two different offices).  I have a degree in Graphic Design and worked professionally in Marketing and Advertising for many years prior to discovering the Real Estate Profession which actually "marries" my best skills.  Growing up, my family were investors and owned many rental homes and farm land.  I am currently working on certifying my brokerage, and should have my CRB designation soon.  All this history provides me and my company with a well rounded experience to put to work for those we represent.  The best part is helping people. I love to help people realize their dreams of home ownership or starting and developing a business. We also help people who need to sell due to personal hardship.  This is usually an emotional time for the homeowner and we work at understanding sensitive feelings. 

Our brokerage has 5 Realtors who are experienced and one "newbie" who is doing well in her SP class. We currently "grow" one agent at a time giving new Realtors additional one-on-one training for about three months.  We also encourage our experienced agents to mentor the new ones. We continually provide educational opportunities and inform our Realtors of trends, laws, and general business so they can better serve our clients in every capacity.

 

Although, we are a small and young business, we are innovative, progressive and growing. Our commitment to our customer and clients is to utilize our knowledge and expertise to facilitate the real estate transaction successfully.  We understand our clients perspective and listen to their needs.  We want everyone to feel important, respected, and confident of our ability.

Besides my Real Estate experience, I have over 20 years of advertising and marketing experience.
