About Us:Coppell KW
I am a Real Estate agent with a team we are DFW Signature Group of the Keller Williams Office in Coppell and Floiwer Mound (all surrounding areas in DFW) Texas. We have 15 years of residential real estate experience. In this market experience counts! We are certified as Distressed Property Experts (short sales and foreclosures)
Areas of Expertise
I personally have 10 years experience in the real estate business as an agent. My first year as an agent I sold 50 homes-I contribute that to the training and support I received from my Keller Williams Office. I have performed on a team that did 65 million in production as the listing partner. My previous career was an elementary school teacher which gives me the love to consult and train agents to be the best they can be. That experience also helps me educate buyers and sellers so they can make the most important decisions for themselves. I have attentended many educational seminars including: Tom Hopkins, Brian Buffini, John Maxwell, The Edge, and Howard Britton just to name a few. These seminars have contributed to my knowledge and expertise of the field.
Testimonials
Deonn Cole:
I never thought I would return to Keller Williams. Somehow, Stacey had my email address in her database when I worked with another broker. I began to read her "Business Thoughts of the Day." After reading her e-mails, I discovered they were always something I could use or pass along to someone else. My old office was closed down which gave me the opportunity to come back to KW. When I came in to meet Stacey, I had no idea she would be type of person that had an answer for every question I had. I knew from the very moment I stepped into her office that I was returning to Keller Williams. I met with her just this weekend, and now she's about to help me take my business to the next level. I believe in her.
Doris Alexander:

Amanda Stricker:

Stacey has been the best team leader. I was at another office before I decided to move to the Coppell office. This was actually one of the best decisions I ever made. When I moved to this office, Stacey was very helpful and very inviting - not to mention caring. She sat down with me and we worked out a goal and a plan for my business. Stacey has always answered my calls and any questions that I may have and has been a great help to me.
Kenny Conoley
Being a relatively new agent, I was apprehensive to make the move from another company to Keller Williams. After meeting with Stacey and learning what Keller Williams had to offer, I knew I needed to make the switch. Stacey made the transition extremely smooth and offered continual support along the way. Since being part of the Keller Williams team, Stacey has surpassed all expectations I could have in a Team Leader. Her continued support, expert knowledge of real estate and day-to-day guidance have helped me tremendously in my efforts to grow my business.
Bruce Stefan
I was reluctant to change companies based on prior experiences. After my interview with Stacey, I felt that this seemed to be a good home. Since then, it has far exceeded my expectations.
Stacey is by far the very best manager. She combines her professionalism with a sense of humor - a rare attribute. She is very good at making new agents feel at home and has set up a support system to assist new agents (and also experienced ones who need it). Obviously, real estate offices are made up of all types of personalities that are hard to blend. Stacey has created an atmosphere that makes everyone comfortable.
Another very important attribute of a good manager is treating everyone as individuals. Since this is essentially our own business, each agent has their own agenda and goals. Stacey recognizes that and treats each agent accordingly.
Lastly, she has created a team environment that also knows how to have fun. There is always someone to help - and with a smile.

I first met Stacey at the Flower Mound office. Immediately I stood in awe of her as she was at her height in real estate. She was successful! Later I co-oped a transaction with her and again found her to be extremely professional as well as helpful. She is an excellent role model for her peers and upholds the Keller Williams values to the fullest.
