I use a very aggressive marketing strategy to improve your chances for a quick sale. I believe it is important to get your listing noticed early for the most impact.
I work independently. When you call you will talk only with me. I will handle all details and aspects of your transaction because you have entrusted ME, and only me, with the responsibility of selling your home.
I will complete a comparative market analysis to determine the market range price for your home. I will then review the results with you and advise you regarding the best listing price, determined by your motivation. I will also stay in constant contact, keeping you informed about showing feedback and market conditions.

Purchasing a home can be a daunting experience. As your agent, I will be with you every step, paving the way toward home ownership. An initial no obligation consultation to discuss your needs and goals is recommended as the first step. The more information I have about what you're looking for, the more effective I will be in finding the perfect home for you.
