Now in my 14th year as a full time Realtor, I received my New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License in 1994.  Prior to entering the real estate field I was a Real Estate Paralegal coordinating the sale and closings for several local real estate attorneys. 

I have received numerous real estate awards and designations including the "Acredited Buyers Representative" ABR Designation and am "E-Pro" Certified, signifying the highest level of technology training in responding to the needs of my clients.  I recently completed a seminar on "FORECLOSURE-PREVENTION AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUYER CLIENTS".

I am a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors), NJAR (New Jersey Assciation of Realtors) and MCAR (Mercer County Association of Realtors)  I have served as a committee member on the MCAR Grievance Commitee concerning the amicable handling of disputes.

My market area includes, Mercer County, Northern Burlington County, Middlesex and Hunterdon Counties.  I specialize in residential re-sales, assisting first time homebuyers, repeat buyers and sellers.  I have an extensive knowledge of the townhouse and condo markets in Mercer County, especially Hamilton and Washington Townships.

Another area of expertise includes Farms.  I live on a Farm in Ringoes, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.  I have owned, rescued and sold horses along with being Rutgers Trained in Equine Management.  This is a great benefit to anyone considering buying or selling a Farm or considering purchasing a Horse Property.
