You know... it's crazy because I really don't have a single clue how you got to this page!

Maybe a friend told you about me.  Perhaps you found me on the search engines while searching for Madison, WI real estate or highly-effective Internet marketing strategies.

It's possible you found one of my videos on YouTube discussing the importance of leadership and building relationships.

But the good news is... no matter how you found me, what you're about to discover on this page could litterally change your life on how you buy or sell real estate as a consumer .. and a professional.

Let me share with you my quick little story:

 

Who The Heck Is This Ron Reed Guy Anyways...??

Alright, I'll fess-up... I know I'm not the most attractive looking guy in the world.  (Just look at the goofy-looking picture towards the top right of this profile.  :)

I'm not some slick, polished snake-eyed salesman.

I don't live in the BIGGEST house or drive the most EXPENSIVE car.

I don't have an extensive 20-years-worth-of-experience in the industry. 

(In fact, I've only been in the industry for less than 1.5 years...)

... and I sure don't waste my time "cold-calling" people while they're trying to eat dinner w/ their families.

Instead, I produce results!

Question:   How Do You Tell The Best From The Rest??

Answer:                           RESULTS!

For me, I recently turned the ripe-old-age of 27 on October 18th.  I was born and raised in a small country home with two older siblings.  The nearest city light was over 20 miles from my house.  My graduating class has 97 people.

Coming from a small town and humble beginnings ... I became a dreamer.  My imagination was unstoppable!

When I was 20 years old I moved to Lakeland, FL on a mission to find myself at an early age.  It was an experience that everyone dreams of, so I took the inititive to make it a reality.

After arriving in Florida I became heavily involved in the local Dale Carnegie Association.  After attending various Dale Carnegie Courses, I was asked by the instructor to return as a Graduate Assistant based on my contagious enthusiasm and well developed drive to succeed in life.

It wasn't until I was 22 that I moved back to Wisconsin with an eager drive to get a jump start on my professional career.  At this point I had a very good understanding of who I was and where I was going in life.

Prior to becoming a real estate sales agent, I worked for Lands' End Direct Merchants in their Customer Service / Corporate Sales Department(s) for 3 years.  Their training was *EXTRAORDINARY* ...

... and it enhanced my customer service skills beyond even my own expectations.

During my employment at Lands' End, I moved to Madison, Wisconsin, with my brother.

As gas prices continued to increase, so did my interest in real estate.  I soon found myself studying the local real estate market on a daily basis and realized my true occupational passions.  I left Lands' End to pursue my real estate dreams.

It was funny because I was perpetually interested in real estate, but never had the opportunity ...

... then one day a friend of mine asked if I wanted to apply for a position at the largest, most respected real estate brokerage in the state.

I was shocked!   It was a great opportunity, so I jumped on it!

At first it was great because the excitment was high...

... I was learning ssssSSSSooooOOOO much!  I would start my day early .. and end it late.  It was exciting...

... BUT --->  I didn't have any sales.        No Sales = No income

Being on a commission wage I had to learn how to create results. 

But it was hard.  I struggled.  I contacted FSBO's.  I contacted Expireds.  I contacted my Sphere/Circle of Influence.

I went to sales meetings.  I bought books.  I tried mailings.  I tried print media (on a shoe-string budget)...

... but nothing seemed to work.

I even went as far as to buy leads from various "lead generator" companies. 

As I watched my bank account slowly disappear I started to panic! 

 

**NOTE**   Around this time I watched the movie "The Secret" involving the Laws of Attraction.

It smacked me across the face like a frying pan... :)

I was so flabbergasted and *shocked* that I couldn't sleep for days!

A quick realization came to me and I started applying a new formula to my business:

                                           MOS = (TSLOA + MSM + W20 + FLATCY) x (L + P)

My sales dramtically increased more than 600% in less than 3 months time.  I sold 5+ properties in 90-days-flat!

By applying this new formula to my business, I was breaking all sorts of records!  I was introduced to many of the industries "Big Hitters".

Quickly I became associated with THEIR associations ... and associated with THEIR associations... and so on... and so forth.

Within my first year I was awarded Semi-Finalist by the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation and a member of the elite Top 20 Rookie Realtors in the nation.

No more than 3 months later in August 2007 -- I was featured in RIS Media's National Real Estate Magazine for the 2007 "Realtors on the Rise", an elite group of the Top 50 up-and-coming real estate agents nationwide.

TWO NATIONAL REAL ESTATE ACCREDIATIONS within *MY FIRST YEAR* in one of the most competitive and fluctuating industries in TODAY'S market.

Not only was this my dream... but it is now my reality.
