As a broker with RE/MAX Elite in Brentwood for over two decades, DeAnne has centered her professional mission on the philosophy that each potential client is a lifelong friend and each property is an investment.  Not only does DeAnne consistently rank among the top broker/agents in Middle Tennessee, but her expertise is marked by an astounding 96 percent repeat and/or referral client base.

Since entering the profession in 1984, DeAnne strives to build her business on 100 percent customer satisfaction by any means.  "All you have in this industry is your reputation, and people who entrust you with their investments are extremely intuitive," she says. "When I acknowledge that purchasing the perfect home is less of a transaction and more about fulfilling a dream, they pick up on that. My services must give customers all they need, otherwise I'm jsut going through the motions instead of running a business."

And DeAnne knows business.  Shortly after graduation Murray State University with a bachelor's degree in business, she began her career as a receptionist for Raintree developers and become an onsite agent for Raintree and Southern Woods within months. DeAnne has continued to excel as an agent, broker, and team leader with RE/MAX Elite, being a multimillion-dollar producer every year since 1987, inducted as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, honored as a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1998, and has earned the presigious Platinum Club.  Even her peers recognize DeAnne for leadership, sales growth, and ethical stewardship.

Areas of Expertise

Originally, DeAnne worked the entire Nashville Metropolitan area, but concentrated her expertise in southern Davidson and Williamson counties during the real estate boom of the 1990s.  "I would love to be all things to all people, but the more I found the city expanding out, the more I saw the need to find a niche.  I had to become an exclusive agent to protect my business. Mediocrity is not acceptable in my profession, so I cannot be anything but an expert for the community I serve."

Honing her skills and repertoire of services, DeAnne has begun to focus on the high-end segment of realty.  She dedicates countless hours to better understanding the needs of the luxury market buyer and seller, whether she's reading a new book, attending a conference, or doing independent research.  She has obtained the distinguished Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and was invited to join the Luxury Conclave and Leaders In Luxury two years ago. "My luxury clients have unique needs and very particular tastes. I love the challenge of marketing a luxury home and the thrill of selling them."

DeAnne also works with clients needing assistance with purchasing or selling commercial properties, land, and 1031 exchanges.  She works with a number of investors looking to capitalize on the rapid growth in the market, and is a trusted resources for corporate relocations. 

DeAnne's newest interest is luxury resort properties, primarily in golfing communities across the United States. "Many of my clients here in Nashville are also looking for vacation and retirement homes located in resorts. I'm really starting to research these developments so I can work closely with people wanting to purchase in other states and countries."
