I am a Sales Manager and Home Loan Consultant for Countrywide Home Loans.  I have been in the Lending Industry since 1992 and joined America's #1 Home Loan Lender in April 2002.  Countrywide's mission to break down barriers to homeownership, helping more people to realize the dream of homeownership, mirrored my own core beliefs.

I have worked in every area of mortgage lending from compliance, to processing, to closing and originating.  My experience, expertise, love of people, and understanding of the importance of my position sets me far apart from others in my field.  When I say you are "Pre-Qualified", or "Pre-Approved", you really are!

Countrywide has a wide variety of loan programs available; from Government to Conventional, Conforming to Non-conforming, Modular and Manufactured Housing, First-Time Homebuyer, One-Time Construction, Fixed Rate, ARM, Interest Only and Equity Lines to name a few.

We now have two retail branches open in East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parishes:  13702 Coursey Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70817 and 16573 Airline Hwy., Suite A, Prairieville, LA 70769.  All loans are processed, underwritten and closed locally.

I have experience in all loan programs including, FHA, VA, Rural Housing, Conventional Conforming and Non-Conforming, First-Time Homebuyer programs w/Bond Assistance, Manufactured Housing and High-Risk programs.

 I have been a Mortgage Lender Conference Instructor for GBRAR since 2003.  In July 2007 I became registered through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and approved as a real estate instructor to teach Post-Licensing/Continuing Education.
