About Rick

 

I am a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a second generation Real Estate Broker and Auctioneeer. I earned my Real Estate Brokers License in 1986. My primary focus in my first 10 years of Real Estate was the foreclosure market. I deal in the residential real estate market, commercial, farms and ranches and of course foreclosures.  I am the owner of My Texas Home Real Estate in Fort Worth. I have earned the following designations: CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, ABRM - Accredited Buyers Representative Manager, GRI - Graduate Real Estate Institute and the SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I am also a certified instructor by The Texas Real Estate Commission.

I am a US Army Veteran; I have served as a Court Appointed Mediator in Civil Matters, and serve as an Arbitrator in Consumer-Business Disputes. I have served 9 Three Month Terms on the Tarrant County Grand Jury hearing over 15000 felony cases during the 9 terms.

My wife Susan Irving is also an active Realtors in our business.
