A Little Bit About Me
I was raised in the Edmonton area and have been living in Edmonton for over twenty years (minus approximately two years in Sacramento, CA...minus approximately two years in-and-around Norman, OK). I am formally educated at the University of Alberta and hold an undergraduate degree (B.Sc.) in Laboratory Medicine.

As a REALTOR® I am a member of the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton, the Alberta Real Estate Association, and the Canadian Real Estate Association. I am also a member of the Commercial Division of the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton and the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS®. I have been trading in real estate for over five years and while I possess a lot of experience, I still manage to take away at least one new experience from each Client and each transaction. I work for my Clients in all areas of Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Our selection in a realtor was purely based on the recommendation of a friend that we had recently worked with. Her integrity and reliability gained our trust and we valued her opinion. She was definitely correct in working with Craig as he represented the same integrity and sincerity as previously experienced by the person offering the recommendation. We hadn't had much experience with realtors (actually none) but my wife and myself both come from years of experience in the customer service industry and Craig always exceeded our expectations.

If we were to say every little thing went as planned or perfect, that would be a lie but Craig's attention to detail, his ability to relate, his willingness to help where he could was a positive and consistent.  In all the time we worked together, I reflect back and smile at what a great experience it was.
Without a question we would feel confident referring Craig to others. We would not only be supporting someone that support us but the feeling is like supporting a friend. I cannot recommend Craig enough. As a first time ‘Home Seller’, the process was overwhelming. I was completely naïve and unaware of all that was required for the sale of my Home. Craig was very upfront with his take on market conditions. He did not sugar coat anything. Never did I feel like he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes just to get the sale. I always knew where we stood. He had answers for almost all of my questions and concerns. If there was something he was unsure of, he strived to get an answer to me right away. As a first time home buyer the process can be extremely overwhelming however, Craig made the process simple and enjoyable by tailoring himself to suit our needs. He was ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had (even after the deal was done). We really appreciated his knowledge of the market and how home buying and selling works. Craig was refered to us through a friend and boy was he everything he was supposed to be and more! My fiancée and I lived in Mississauga and were buying a home in Edmonton and did everything over the phone or by email with Craig. It was very hard to find someone who would work with us the way we required (i.e. contact via email instead of phone).
