It would be my pleasure to work with you. My passion is real estate. It is always a great market. In this profession we must grow, change and learn new areas and skills constantly. That is what these last couple years have tought us in this industry.
Although I began working very traditionally with buyers and sellers (which I still enjoy very much) I have, this last year or so, begun working substantially in lending, short sales, loss mitigation and REOs. Although this was somewhat intimatdating at first I have begun to both personally and promfessionally enjoy this challenging work very much.
Because of this foreclosure oriented work, I have formed the Pilgrim REO/Foreclosure Group. I have put together a team of professionals from contractors, sign makers, photographers, loan and buyer specialists, IT people and a great Field Manager (my husband Noel) to back me in this endevor.
