About Us:

I am a Mortgage Consultant that has been in this business for over six years.  Though the mortgage industry has had its up and downs, and in the downs now, I still think positive and love the business that I am in.  I love working with people and helping others get the chance to own a home.

In this industry we all have loan programs, and we are all just as competitive as the others when it comes to interest rates.  What sets me apart from most others, is my customer service and attention to detail.  As a lender, and you as their Realtor, there is only one chance for us to impress the client and retain them not only for this one transaction but for the ones in the futures and for their family and friends.

As a lender, a home owner, a dad and a husband, I understand what life can bring and take away.  I present a unique perspective to the client with first hand knowledge of being a the closing table, juggling work and personal life, and offering them someone they can trust to make sure things run smoothly from the start to the end.

I am also different, in that my fees are low, I show the borrower how rates work (even show them Yield Spread), present them with loan options based on their needs and wants, and help them through the process.  I even go to all my closings.

For the Veterans, I feel that I am even more unique than others in my industry.  I am currently a Broadcast Journalist for the US Army Reserves in Grand Prairie, I was an Indirect Infantryman with the Texas Army National Guard, and a photographer for the US Navy in the 90's.  I work with our Vets and their families in finding the right loans for their needs, and making it easy from start to finish.  One item that many do not want to offer or let VETs know, is that Texas offers a Mortgage program that offers less than industry rates for a Veteran of Texas.
