About Us:
I have been active in real estate as an investor and broker for eight years. I am currently working on the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) and CCIM designations from NAR and have experience working closely with developers and investors who are interested in the Panama City Beach, gulf-front market. My office is located onsite at a gorgeous gulf front property, Calypso Resort and Towers, which is directly adjacent from the Simon Group's new $200 Million shopping, dining, entertainment complex, Pier Park. I am comfortable analyzing before and after tax cash flows, internal rates of return and return on investment for resort properties. I am also proficient at analyzing real estate trends to get a good sense of the "big" picture and advising my clients accordingly. I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers who are looking for guidance and direction with their portfolio or people who are just looking for a place to relax and watch a beautiful sunset!
